SD #3 Final Hearing on Redetermination of Benefits at Argyle Community Center – June 24th 2024
The MSTRWD will be holding a final hearing on the viewers’ report for the redetermined benefits and damages of State Ditch #3 (SD#3). The viewers’ reports were filed with the District and are available for inspection at the offices of the Watershed District. The hearing shall be held at 5:30p.m. on Monday, June 24, 2024, at the Community Center in Argyle MN. At the final hearing, the drainage authority will accept public comment regarding the viewers’ reports. Any party having an interest in the proceedings may appear and provide comment. Written comments will be accepted at the hearing and by mail through the date of the hearing at the office of the Watershed District, PO Box 154, Warren, MN 56762. JD #28 Public Meeting at Middle River Legacy Center – April 18th 2024
The MSTRWD will be holding a landowner meeting at the Middle River Legacy Center in Middle River on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 5:00 pm. The purpose of this meeting is for the public to provide input to the District for prioritizing the maintenance needs of JD#28. This meeting will also provide landowners with the opportunity to voice any concerns regarding the ditch system. If you are unable to attend but would still like to provide input regarding the ditch system, please contact the District Office at 218-745-4741.

JD #1 and JD #75 Public Meeting at Alvarado Community Center – March 7th 2024
The District will be holding a joint public ditch meeting at 1:00 PM on Thursday March 7th, 2024 at the Alvarado Community Center, located at 135 Marshall St, Alvarado, MN, 56710. The purpose of this meeting is to update the public on HDR’s modeling results for various alternatives and to provide information on what is required for a drainage project to proceed. Landowners are invited to provide their input regarding any drainage or maintenance related concerns within the JD #1 and JD #75 drainage systems. If you are unable to attend but would still like to provide input or have any questions regarding JD #1 and JD #75, then please contact the District Office at 218-745-4741.
